Personally, I let my work speak for itself. I dont need to be acknowledged but if you notice I'm a beast, cool

Let your work speak for itself. Document it all and leave your job for your reward and leave them high dry for not recognizing your worth.

Just happened at my job. They were treating this IT guy like he wasn't putting in work. They did shit took his office away and put him a cubicle and other stuff.

Dude just up and got a job offer since he had been applying, accepted the job and was out a few weeks later. Now the IT group struggling to replace what he did because he was on his shit. They got like 2-3 people trying do all the stuff this one man did. Now he a supervisor with a raise and hiring power at his new spot.
