He's definitely top 10. There are MCs that I thought were better when they were in their prime, but Jay's longevity is longer than anybody else. Seriously, his first song came out in 1986 (HP Gets Busy). He was on Jaz-O's record in 1989. He's going on 30 years. How many rappers fro the 80s are likely to have a hit record in 2019?
