When do you open Christmas gifts?

When i was a kid it was both
Some presents at midnight at aunts house
Some presents when we woke up at home
 
Typically Christmas morning but my bro and his family let the nieces and nephews open ONE gift the night before and then the rest in the morning..

I usually wanna give the gifts I cop as soon as i finish wrapping them shits lol
 
Our family has traditionally done xmas dinner and stuff on xmas eve. So after supper we opened our gifts from family then on xmas morning was stockings and presents from Santa. This year it's all being done tomorrow, minus the Santa stuff.
 
In usually don’t wrap tha gifts until after midnight...but we go to my moms house and do tha majority of gift opening wit my parents, sisters, nieces and nephews Xmas afternoon
 
Two things my family has always done:

  1. Eat dinner late as fuck
  2. Open gifts at midnight on the 24th, after eating dinner late af
 
I have always been a Christmas morning dude until recently

There's been mutiny on my ship and now we open up earlier and earlier every year.

First it was midnght, then yesterday we started around 9 smh
 
As a kid we opened them up on Christmas eve then saved the big ones for Christmas day. These days we just open on Christmas day. Family is more spread out so we dont go all out on the holidays like we used to
