Poll What was the Most Disappointing HBO Max Offering?

HBO max had some decent offerings but mostly misses this year so I’m going to ask the community what they thought..

I guess if you didn’t fee disappointed you can just choose what you thought was the worst.

Of this list ive only seen Godzilla, Matrix and Mortal Kombat.

I actually liked Godzilla.

Had low expectations for Mortal Kombat… it was corny as I thought but had some pretty decent fight scenes.

Matrix fumbled HARD

The Many Saints of Newark. I'm a Sopranos fan and couldn't wait for this release. I thought it was dope that James Gandolfini's son was playing a young Tony Soprano. Even the promotions had Michael Gandolfini's face all over them. Long story short, I thought the movie would revolve around Tony's start in the Mob. It centered around Tony's uncle. It also seemed like those who were playing Junior, Silvio and a few others were doing their best impressions of the characters

I haven't seen all of them shits...but I was pretty disappointed in The Matrix.

Still haven’t seen The Matrix yet but I’ve heard bad things so my vote went to Many Saints of Newark for everything @onetoughmiracle said. I’m holding out hope they green light a series focusing on young Tony.

Only thing good about it is they've got all the DC animated movies on there.


But yeah, from the previews alone I knew Matrix was gonna be trash.


Just going by the trailers, it didn't even seem like a Matrix movie.


Had a totally different vibe that didn't coincide with the other movies in the series.
