I'm up and down 3 floors all day, 5 days a week

my favorite room in the house is upstairs so im up and down when im home

choose stairs at hotel/hospital/casino parking garages

We mostly reno appartment buildings so I make this decision a lot.

I will walk to lower floors, but I use the upper floors as an excuse to wait for an elevator and play with my phone

I take the elevator goin up to the 4th floor, but I usually go down the stairs in the evening.

Our building is an entire block, and our parking section is also a block away from the building. I walk all day, me good.

I try to get rooms close to the stairs so I can ensure I utilize them

I used to do 2-3 steps at our old building cuz the staircase was inside and nobody took it lol

I aint doing that shit outside (where the stairwell is now)
