it's not even common law... if you let someone live in your house over 90 days......, and they pay bills...
regardless what their name is or isn't on... if they want to involve the law, the sheriff department typically gives them 30-90 days to leave...

people moving into another's existing place isn't usually a good idea imo. it becomes you living with them as opposed to having moved in somewhere together.
This. He should wanna leave asap if she wildn like that but if he was there long enough to pay bills, it don't matter whose name is on the lease. He live there and if she want him out he get at least 30 days to do so.
