Got way too fucking drunk. Went for Korean bbq w a girl I was seeing at the time and some friends. Then we hit up a bar

Smiled like a mf all day. Had been exactly a year since someone close to me was killed. My son gave me a handwritten card and $4. Son's mother got me a pair of fly kicks.

I just went to work that day though. Nothing special.

Mine was low-key cuz it was cold af ( January 12 in DC)

BM took me out to eat after i got home from work where they did the whole cake and card thing...i feel like i partied all weekend cuz my bday was on a Friday this year....ended up at a kid bday on Sunday still recuperating
