Couldn't have said it any better.

Pretty much tried to explain it in similar terms to people, even threw a watch party of ep1 and 2 for a couple ppl.

Great show.
Lol this is why season 2 of the Wire is one of my favorite seasons of the show

Seems like we might similar taste in TV shows.

I've always had the same sentiment. I think (for the most part) the discernible reduction (or focus) on the street violence is what leads to the season having detractors.

Much harder to be attentive and be open-minded 'cause we're accustomed to production laden with sex and/or violence.

Took me 3 attempts of watching mad men before eventually I became attentive, and to date it's still in my 5 top all time tv shows.

1923. I'm glad I decided to go back to this series after putting it on the back burner. I said I was only going to watch episode 2 just to catch up a bit but ended up watching episodes 3 and 4 because it's that good

I'm not upset about the cancelation of The Mosquito Coast because the story was pretty much done and basically ended the same way the book did.

The Last of Us is shaping up to be one of the most intense, involving, moving and suspenseful shows I have ever watched. High praise to everyone involved in the practical effects.
@neo2090 Yea just finished 1883 at the begin it was good but just like Yellowstone it started with that feminist shit and stared to loss interest. Throught it was going to tell the origin of the Dutton family but ending up being about his daughter story instead.

Tell me is 1923 worth watching or its it like 1883

The Accused is off to a great start the first episode was extremely involving and i thought it was great as the story threads tie together for a gut punch ending
Episode 2 was a bit more laid back but it also gave a great view of how the legal system works across the United States

The Legend of Vox Machina 2 episodes into season 1 and the main thing i kept hearing about this series was it's like Dungeons and Dragons so it was a nice surprise to discover how adult oriented it is from violence to sexuality actually reminding me of some mature comic books ive read over the years.

Hunters 2 episodes in to season 2 and things pick up right where they left off as the Nazi hunters still seek out their main target Hitler. Always edgy and unpredictable im very interested to see how it will all play out as the series ends.

Started on it about two weeks ago... On Prime Video

I watched just glimpses of it when I was a kid in the 80s ... Discovered later it was exec. produced by one of my favourite directors: Michael Mann ( watching this also made me realise how unnecessary and substandard the movie was to the drama in the series )

Watching this is refreshing as I'm so into the 80s aesthetic (on screen especially) currently...

Lovin' it

It's funny how i can see a number of shows trimming their budgets by either having characters exit for no good reason,or just with repetitive scenes

Truth Be Told definitely did the aforementioned. The show is still good but it always has a slow burn start but starts to become more involving as it goes along. Plus there are some very interesting characters and it's going to be fun to see how things play out for them.

The Flash also did the aforementioned by adding a Groundhog Day factor. There are some good set ups for future episodes but they are still going to go the filler episode route. Not sure why some characters are being upgraded when the series is ending but i do see this final season being drawn out to mid June
