Was about to say this self titled Montell Jordan album, its one of my all time favourite R&B albums... It never gets mentioned in America though, think it may had been more an EU release??? Its brilliant though, just seen its 2002 though, could of sworn is was 2001.... The tune with WC, 'MJ's Anthem' is a classic...

Anyways in 2001 Usher followed by Jaheim for sure... Early 00's had the GOAT run of R&B albums, before R&B became dance/trance/house music...
