What was in the water around this time period?
 
My teenage years were this era so it’ll always be special to me. Some great music came outta this era & it really felt like everyone was beefing on some WWF shit.
 
I forgot Cam'ron vs Nas and Cam'ron vs Jay Z and Cam'ron vs 50 Cent

Also, I'm pretty sure Canibus dissed Eminem and Eminem responded in that era

I forgot about Piggy Bank, when 50 Cent dissed Jadakiss, Fat Joe and Ja Rule.

Then Jadakiss responded with Checkmate

And Ja Rule responded with Clap Back

I'm not sure if Window Shopper was before or after Piggy Bank.

That was around the same time Nas dropped Don't Body Yourself

Also Cormega made a few records going at Nas

Maybe not the GOAT era but it was a good time. Some of these beefs gave some rappers something to talk about about in their rhymes cuz they usually rapped about a whole bunch of nothing.
