Her voice is pitchy, some parts she tries to hit higher notes than she's capable of and you can hear her straining badly. She either needs vocal training to hit those notes or change it so it's a note she can hit without strain. Plus, there's a few spots where she runs out of breath. That should have been a re-take. Again, training is needed here for better breath control.
I don't think I'll ever get used to rap-style cussin in R&B joints... Shit is just out of place to my ears.
The composition (production) itself is pretty good, but when it gets into full swing with the strings and everything on the chorus it completely overshadows her performance.
