A Lebanon County judge on Tuesday signed a gag order preventing a 26-year-old woman and members of her family from speaking about criminal charges filed against her after she reported a rape.
Veronika Rodriguez reported a military officer raped her in the back seat of his car last year after she agreed to hang out with him because he said he was new to the area.
As it turned out, he wasn’t new to the area. She says he bought her numerous drinks, then ignored her when she said she was celibate, and told him “Don’t” and “I like you, but are you like going to be offended if we don’t have sex?”
