Caught an attitude wit a customer b/c they came on the phone wit an attitude 1st. Anytime they would sayin something smart...I'd say something smart back. I don't tolerate being talked to any kinda way. Could care less who you are. We're not your punching bag for you to unleash your frustration on.

Hung up on a customer for cursing at me and making threats about my job. Reported that muthafucca and my supervisor made them call back to apologize.

Hung up on a tech for being disrespectful. Also snapped at several techs who would get mad b/c they wanted me to do their work for them...or I refused to break our dept policy process for them. All b/c they were too lazy to verify their work.
