She's contradicting herself.
On the one hand, she's right for criticizing people who start this shit.
On the other hand, she shouldn't be telling her sons to get involved to see if they can calm the situation.
Although well-intentioned, their involvement could potentially escalate the situation and make it worse than what it would've been if they stayed out of it.
If it's not family, or someone you know and trust..........it's best to mind your business and keep it moving.
If you feel like you have to do something, just call the police and let them handle it.
Not worth getting locked up........shot up.......or killed.
