Top 5 MC's DOA by REGION (East/West/South/Midwest)

When people ask me who're my top 5 MC's its a very difficult question for me to answer. Depending on the day/mood the entire list of MC's could be different whenever I am asked. I think it's easier to narrow down who a top 5 would be for me if I were to do it by region. Depending where the artist is from, the vibe from a West Coast artist against a Down South artist could be drastically different and when it comes to those differences it can be hard to say "this rapper is better/makes better music than this rapper". So with that being said, give us your top 5 MC's from each region. East, west, south, midwest. If you feel there is a region that isnt being represented, let us know and give us your top 5.
