Is a very underrated emcee. Man I miss when him and Talib Kweli was consistently putting out stuff together
Dude could easily have been a top 5-10 DOA, he has an original voice and cadence too .. Him and Talib were like a super duo, just think of the music they could have continued to drop!!!

I would put him outside of my top 5 just purely on lack of consistency but he would defo float in and out of my top 10 as that changes on a daily basis...

Well if Biggie can be top 5 off of 2 albums, that rule should apply to Mos Def.
Biggie had consistency though, two albums, two classics and loads of features, plus he put on a crew within that space of time too...
Not to mention his impact on hip hop is still felt today... BadBoy would probably not be the iconic label it is today if not for him...
