The thing is you can find joy in all kinds of things even in musical preferences that others may not like. That's why I post all kinds of music just to be respectful to everyone sound. Also, as a artist I can find some dope shit in almost anything so it's about growth and being more open mindeded for me.
Two years ago I was bitter and calling all these new niggas trash, now If it's not for me, I at least try to break it down from an artistic point of how it's working, and how I would have put my spin on it. May not fuck with the song, but at least I'm no longer rage quitting and ranting about what's played on the radio lol. Like for example I found in ICP they do some dope ass shit like branding, speaking on unique subject matters, etc. Then I can jump to Stove God Cooks, and see how he crafting his words and spins of selling crack, then jump to Young Thug to see how he uses his voice as a instrument etc.
Idk man shit works for me. This Mario Judah nigga is talented. He can produce, mix and engineer, his voice is not bad for his rockstar shit, it's just his lyrics and look is HILARIOUS which I find great humor in while enjoying his beats and vision.
