Mannn I want some fried chicken but I’m cracking down on eating that kind of stuff on non cheat days
Eat whatever you like just make sure you take in less calories than you're burning that day. 1-200 less a day is good. Your body will be forced to burn stored calories for the extra you didn't eat.
 
Highly doubt this is true. Too lazy to look it up tho.
