I remember they would play the wake up show on our hip hop station waaaaay early in the morning in the late 90s. Shit was dope but I was rarely awake for it. Most times I heard it I would have to stay up the night before. Pretty sure they were old recordings but they used to start at like 2am up here. Dude was always a huge supporter of real hip hop. They used to play 30min episodes on MTV real early in the mornings too. Just q little bit of Convo then a freestyle. Shit didnt last long tho
