Im 3 episodes in on this very involving series about African Americans from all walks of life suddenly discovering they have super powers. Each episode adds a few layers to the story once I thought the story was going one way another twist is added. It's great seeing familiar faces from various TV shows and movies in this series.
At the top of the TV chart for July 1-7 was “Supacell,” the sci-fi drama created by British rapper Rapman. After debuting the week before at No. 2 with 6.4 million views, the series hit 11.8 million views in its first full week of streaming.
I was meaning to ask about this. The premise of some people affected by sickle-cell somehow having super powers sounded like it could either be good or turn into some Tubi level shit. If ya'll say it's good, I'm gonna check it out.
