Dude come a long way from being this menacing figure in the 90's to this, he literally has no one in his corner.
Its because he had everything anybody could ask for and he threw it all away trying to be a tough guy.
Think about it, he had a record label that was worth $300 Million and he fucked it all up and now all he has is his reputation, which is worthless.

It appears that he came to the scene to start trouble. He wasn't invited and he had no business being there. So he gets into an altercation and somebody died.
You could make a case for premeditated murder.
He got out the car and was immediately beating down, there was no way to know what he was about to do.
Doesn't matter why he showed up, he didn't do anything wrong and got attacked.
It does matter why he showed up. That's what makes it premeditated.
