Doggystyle for some reason every time I listen to it doesn't have Dr. Dre's aura ... I regularly listen to 'Doggy Dogg World' with Da Pound and the little intro before the song where Daz is laughing at Snoop's yarns ... You can tell
Dre might have included some of his signature 'sounds' but I feel it was mostly a Dillinger production
I thought Cali Love was a Dre tune that Pac hijacked and jumped on that Dre really want to keep to himself???
Along with the mad max vibe, Cali Love sounds just like the other tunes and videos that Dre dropped after he left Death Row, like: East Coast/West Coast Killas, Zoom, Fast Lane, Puppet Master etc
Daz is defo one of the GOATS though, his production is mad underrated... It fits great with Pac's style too, hence why Daz often had a Pac like flow...
