I remember the very 1st time fell in love wit the song.
I was spending the summer at the College of Charleston in the Upward Bound program. My cousin was in the same program and his dorm was on the far end of the hall. So I'm chillin in my room wit the door open when I heard that 1st bass line drop. My VERY FIRST reaction...
I mean I watched the video when it 1st premiered on Rap City and became a favorite. But it was a WHOLE NOTHA level to actually hear it coming outta a speaker.
Man I (i think my roommate or our friend next door) rushed down to my cousin's room and told him to start it over again. NIG-GA...that shyt KNOCKED! My cousin had that whole floor bumping. Since then...that song has stayed in my playlist.
Til this day...if I'm in my car and that song comes on...I immediately turn the volume up. That song is definitely a trunk knocker.
