just saw this, without knowing anything about it, popped up as a DOCUMENTARY

while watching im like this has to be a MOCKUMENTARY, but im undecided because when the little baby cries at the end.. hits hard and also the main actor isnt even an actor but a real life person. I think we will never know the truth from fiction, but would love 2 hear insights other than mine

Snow spoke on it. He said it was scripted, but based on real incidents and some of the footage actually is real.

from the interviews I've seen w/ Curtis & the director

they used the real footage, except for parts that was too incriminating so they re-shot those scenes still based on the original footage
