It's a good amount of folks from the Philippines that like Duerte too.

One of my closest friends is Pinoy and he still has most of his family over there and at 1st they didn't like the guy but now they do. He says that initially they thought his crackdown on the drugs and drug users was very inhumane but it has cleaned up alot of stuff there. His family is far from rich, shit to be honest alot of them are poor. Not the poorest but they are poor. I went with him (in 2007) over there and I've seen the shit with my own eyes with how some of his family lives. It really puts alot into perspective

I personally still think Duerte is a loon though. Lol
