OPINION Revisted: Tyler the Creator’s Flower Boy

Starting a Thread series that talks about recent projects again to maybe see if it’s worse or better as time went on

This album inspired the thread because I remember liking this a bit when it came out but it didn’t exactly wow me. This also got overshadowed greatly by 4:44 by Jay and you know how that goes…

But I listened to this thread again the other day and wow this so much better than I remember it. It’s the first album of Tyler taking his music 100% seriously but it’s a great piece of music and sequenced very well as you let the album go from the beginning

I just want to give it its flowers (no pun intended) again

My fav Tyler album, slightly ahead of Igor.

I understand @Blue_London ‘s point, but I think he was pretty much perfect on this album. If I was taking out one track, it would be the lil Wayne one. Thankfully it is only 1 minute long.
