Netflix ReMastered: The Two Killings of Sam Cooke

I've never seen the Emmitt Till photo until watching this, not something that I ever wanted to see. Just pissed me off.

Jus finished. Sam the GOAT!

RIP to a legend

Sam was basically killed in a robbery gone wrong.

Only if he never flashed that stack smh

I never knew Mr. Cooke was that accomplished and down for the cause. Very informative documentary but like usual with influential black people it ended sad.

I most definitely felt angry as hell how the record executive ripped off him and his family and how he was killed.

Sam Cooke had always been my favorite old school artist, when I'm jamming my oldies. This documentary really shed light on all the lies smh, sad what people will do. It hurt my heart that they actually showed his body dead in the hotel, no respect at all.

Showing the body was jus cruel imo.

Sam Cooke and Al Green are tied for my alltime old school artists.

"I was born by the river in a little tent"........I had no idea Bob Dylan was part of what inspired Sam to write that classic timeless song "A Change Is Gonna Come".

Sam died way too young, that's for sure.

"Bring it on home to me" is my favorite Sam Cooke joint.

Change is gonna come still takes me back to seeing X in the theatre as a lil kid in the scenes right before they killed Malcolm. That shit still fucks me up when I hear it
