It works.
We work at the same place. Different shifts. Different days. Have a day and a half together. For the most part it's been that way for years, so we're use it.
Only twice where we worked separate jobs. But when the pandemic hit...both of us was working from home. After that...she ended up at our current job 1st. Then several months later, I came along.
Any vacation days is based on which weekend one of us is workin.
