,he don't have to worry about 360 deals being in every facet of your career when generating money like these other rappers.I think the music industry is just like any other industry. If you work hard and keep your head on straight you can make a living and be successful. But there's alot of smoke and mirrors, more smoke and mirrors han any other industry. It seems like it would be easy to get caught up in the women and the drugs and lose everything than say, being a lawyer or a doctor.

Of course it’s going to be a lot more wicked because they know how to use the human emotion as a weapon. Not only use it as a weapon, but to control the artist, listener, and make money off that manipulation

It's like anything else: do you want a 9 to 5 or or a 6 to 10?
You can be Tech N9ne, ICP, Master P, Cash Money, etc. but then YOU have to be the one doing all the leg work. What is the leg work then? YOU have to find distribution. YOU have to find producers, mixers, engineers, and accompanying musicians. YOU have to go FIND a reputable attorney. YOU have to go find a reputable accountant. YOU have to build, design, and market yourself AND find every person in those lanes while getting snaked before then finding the good people. YOU then have to still find time, inspiration, and drive to WRITE your own music and have it be palettable enough to be SOLD to PAY for all of the above.
Versus
Sign a 360, get signed, assigned a look, have a system in place point you to the sources for all of the above, and then charge you a series of fees for it.
Most artists, like people who use other systems, want all of the above work because they did the "hard" part and should cancel out everybody else along the way as irrelevant. Nah. Calling it all a scam because everybody doesn't feel like working 20 hours a day is like saying everyone who has a job is a fool because they'd rather have time to spend with their kids as opposed to trying to launch a business. 6 to 10 is great for some folks but ass for others. Maybe I'll change opinions after watching buuuuuut... I doubt it.
