Most of these "business" podcasts are just motivational speaker grifters. Became the new hustle & thats where they made all their money from. Especially the "alpha" manophere guys.

But, to keep with the theme of this thread. You can check out James Altucher. He's written books and has a podcast that has some interesting guests with topics

I’m an entrepreneur and angel investor. I’ve achieved the rank of chess master. And I’m the author of the Wall Street Journal bestselling book “Choose Yourself.”I’ve started 20 companies, 17 of which have failed. But I’ve learned a lot along the way.If you’ve ever been stuck—in a job you hate, in a house you can’t afford, in a life you don’t want, in your own depressed mind, anything—I want to help you. Why? Because I get it. I’ve been there. And I want to tell you how I freed myself so maybe you can start to free yourself, too. Before I get into anything else, I’ve recorded this video I want you to watch…

A lot has happened since I first started. I now get to do what I love every day. I get to write books that mean something to me, and I get to interview really incredible people on my top-10 rated podcast, “The James Altucher Show.”

Edit: (I didnt purposely link to a trump episode, the spotify link to his channel automatically links to the latest episode)
James Altucher interviews the world’s leading peak performers in every area of life. But instead of giving you the typical success story, James digs deeper to find the “Choose Yourself” story—these are the moments we relate to… when someone rises up from personal struggle to reinvent themselves. The James Altucher Show brings you into the lives of peak-performers: billionaires, best-selling authors, rappers, astronauts, athletes, comedians, actors, and the world champions in every field, all who forged their own paths, found financial freedom and harnessed the power to create more meaningful and fulfilling lives.

I peeped through the bs fast af. 1 example of these kinds of people is those Earn Your Leisure guys. On one of their past shows, one of the "gems" they dropped for people who didnt have money to invest, was literally fraud, that could of resulted in jail time.

Another YT channel (Pocket Watching With JT) caught it (hes a CFP that gives some financial advice and points out scams/scammers) and warned people not to do it. They told people that if you didn't have money, go get a car loan for the most expensive car you can get, then dont buy the car, just use it to invest.

They got mad he warned people not to do that dumb shit, that its fraud, so in return they stalked his socials & when he happened to be on vaca near them one day, they ran down on him trying to press him.

I see it like this, Todd Howard is the CEO of Bethesda.

During Todd Howards reign, Bethesda produced classic games.

Todd Howard isn’t a programmer and Todd Howard doesn’t make games. Todd Howard delegates to departments what he expects from them, based off of input he receives from a board of directors, that delegates to their departments, to bring in analysis that they then provide to Todd Howard.

The people that can code and produce these games, don’t make enough to start their own studio and or make games they want, because the creation of these things are just their job.

People will pay thousands to go to a Ted Talk hosted by the CEO Bethesda, as tho he makes the games.

It’s the same with money. The people that actually understand the game and make the money. Are the people you’d never meet or even know about, unless you were in the industry to even know who they are.

So Todd Howard can’t tell you how to make games. But someone who barely makes a little more than you can.

An accountant for a school district can give you more useful financial tools than a “entrepreneur” that will hand you buzz words and terminology they know you can’t understand.

If you can’t explain something to a 5 year old, chances are you don’t understand it yourself
