Netflix Rebel Moon - The Director's Cut

Added to Calendar: 08-02-24

Lol he wasn't kidding about it looking completely different

Bad thing is people already have this negative preconceived view

Just finished part 1.
I should have just waited for the directors cut. It was super long but actually didn't really feel like it dragged to me. It explained a bunch of things I was confused as hell about except for the robot dressing up. Though the tentacle scene was a weird addition too lol

Finished part 2
I liked some parts but it still didn't explain the robot. Also felt they could have removed the scene of them sitting around the table sharing their story and added them for when they had picked everyone up. Also I didn't really care about the characters that died. Could be because of residual meh from the regular cut but I think it's just the story

Definitely left some off to be explained in the universe he wants to create. Doubt he's able to unless they struck a deal before the release
There's a lot more of the slow motion so people are going to beat that dead horse

I think my favorite Snyder movies are Man of Steel and Sucker Punch
