Rubber band man got too commercial, had niggas out here that ain't never touched a bill rockin rubber bands on their wrists... But I guess that's how big of a hit it was at that time...

TI got better songs though.

I really mean it is a dipset classic and has more replay value.

RBM was everywhere

How many niggas should up just to be in the vid? Lotta niggas was trying to ride Tip wave at this time

Dip set song was dope but come on, one of these songs got mad play outside of the east coast

Are we discussing the better or bigger songs in this tournament?

If its the latter I will have to go change my votes

When's the last time y'all played RBM randomly?

Cause I really mean it is still in rotation on my playlist
Id say the same in reverse

I still have Trap Musik in Heavy rotation

It seems to change with the artist and song, go figure

I'd hate to see what happened to 24's and Ti vs Tip

TI ran 2003 and the only person you could say who was on par or better was 50

Outkast Hey Ya and The way she move was everywhere and Jay drop black album in late 2003

I slot TI as 4th but they was all on par

Late 03 bruh

24's had already tore up the summer be. Hey Ya was a crossover pop hit. Cool.

The way you move was a cool joint but it wasn't nearly as big as TI joints. No where near

The Way You Move was a major crossover hit as were the Andre singles. The T.I. singles, while great and big in their own right, weren’t fucking with those. The highest charting single on Trap Muzik was Rubberband Man at 30 on the Hot 100.

The Way You Move reached #1.

So I have no clue what you mean by nowhere near as big. Then you factor in 50’s introduction and Jay-Z’s retirement marketing plan you have it as such:

50 Cent >> OutKast >>>>>> Jay-Z >>>>>>>>>>>> T.I.

With T.I. being a distant, but young and promising, 4th. He then later went on to reach that potential.
