Rumpshaker was kinda cheesy because they used a bunch of samples that had already been used before. But it was a big club song.

Passing Me By was more creative.

I voted for the Pharcyde

Rumpshaker always been my shit

I got a tape with me dancing to that shit when i was like 4-5 at a family cookout

It's the better song.

If u like simp anthems :js4:

I'm definitely seeing a reoccurring theme on here tho. Grown men listening to Diamonds and Pearls, 9 times out of 10 the sad and lonely/break up song will beat the love/lets fuck songs, simp songs are winning in large numbers..... there's a large lupe nerd club on here. It all makes sense.

and now

A "let me see that ass/party anthem" is losing to "she keeps passing me by and doesn't even acknowledge me" punk anthem :hahaha:

If yall need help getting women, holla at me man. I'll start a class.

Songs that sample Blind Alley by The Emotions released before or in 1992:

Ain't No 1/2 Steppin - Big Daddy Kane

4 Better Or For Worse - Pharcyde

Jiggable Pie - AMG

Klap Ya Hands - Das EFX

Redman Meets Reggie Noble

Sound Of The Zeekers - Leaders Of The New School

Songs that sampled Darkest Light by Lafayette Afro-Rock Band released before or in 1992

Show Em What You Got - Public Enemy

Enemy Territory - Cool C (sample comes in @ 1:27)

Back To The Hotel - N2Deep

Apollo - Kid Capri

Soul Food - Tuff Crew (sample comes in @ 0:49)

My point is that when Rumpshaker came out the samples had been used so many times, that if you were into samples and digging in the crates the song was kinda cheesy
