Anyway, this comparison is easy.

Plug Tunin was weird and different we had never heard anything like that. But once the novelty wears off theres not much replay value (You could say that about the whole album)

His third was solid tho. It just took too long to come out. You can't just go 5 years between albums like that unless your new shit is fuckin spectacular. It was good, but not the kind of shit where everybody felt like they had to go cop.

Yeah and there was alot of competition too. The East/West beef was at its peak, The South was starting to come up. Wu Tang was poppin.

Basically his third album came out when there was just too much competition.

Also he didn't have a crew like Wu Tang, DITC or Boot Camp Click.
