I think better depends on the situation. Rock Steady's got more of a "so happy you just wanna dance" vibe, but the build up between the verses to the chorus on DD is so dope. Both have things in the production that make it sound a bit dated (Drums in rock steady, synth and guitar in DD) but I guess that's part of the charm
