I spent 8 years in Phoenix eating Mexican food from the spots Mexicans eat at. Places where I had to try to remember Spanish from the last time I took in in college around '92 just to fuckin order and still ended up just pointing at shit in the warmers.

And during that time, maybe 6 year into it, I finally had Chipotle. Some of my coworkers finally got me to check it out. Shit was wild overrated. I had better burritos from a Mexican run gas station on the south side on Baseline Rd.

I left there and copped a carne asada burrito from the Mexican joint next to Whataburger.
