However they do certain things to throw me off, and what they do is because they can’t lean on some thing like other professional athletes are able to at an elite level? They fizzle out to me.
Kyrie can lean on his handle. Stephen leans on his shooting, Russell Westbrook can lean on his athleticism. Chris Paul has to lean on being dirty. Same thing with Bernard Hopkins. so they hold, hook, flail, hit when they shouldn’t and they employ dirty tactics.
Tyler, The Creator leans on being weird and that bothers me. To me it’s a big part of his persona as a rapper, and that’s what throws me off. So I see it as a rap way of being dirty. Like if you’re a great technical rapper, but your lyrics suck? You are dirty to me. I see it as taking away from the game more than lending to it. I might not be explaining it the best, but still.
