RALEIGH — One of the world’s largest pornography websites has blocked access to at least some North Carolina users because of a new state law starting Jan. 1, which requires users to verify their age, according to our partners at WRAL.
North Carolina legislature cracks down on pornography sites with new age verification requirements

Pornhub’s site is redirecting North Carolina users to a message telling them to ask lawmakers to oppose the law.
It’s not clear how age verification will be implemented on the websites.

I think the owner of pornhub owns like redtube and a bunch of other major players and all of em doing the same Thang. Its no so much blocking porn as it is the way the government went about doing it...

This just takes more responsibility from parents to control what their kids are exposed to. This solves nothing anyway since PH is not the only pornsite. You also have reddit, social forums and telegram or discord etc. Its the same thing with getting rid of Backpage and Craiglist personals. Sex trafficking is still happenning. Can't have better healthcare and gun control but can restrict PH.
