Looking at seats available to see Joe Budden and thinking while I enjoy the podcast..did he really expect to sell out amphitheaters and whatnot.. I don't know

I could see an event with multiple folks in the field doing crazy numbers..like drink champs, gillie and wallo, Joe Budden etc

Lots of corporate conference center type spaces been vacant since the pandemic and could be rented out
