I think having the first movie be about that virus would be great. Make the entire series about wiping out the virus.

I'd say make the girl his biological daughter(Fallon Grey or whatever) that was born and stashed between the events in Blade and Blade 2. He's been training her her whole life and she is ready to take up the mantle of Blade. Have Blade as the mentor. Bring Biel back as Whistler. Boom.
More of a soft reboot than going back and changing everything.
best way to introduce blade would be like they did punisher on daredevil....
have some other marvel charter on some mission that has a side quest dealing with vampires and have spider/Holland say....

i think his reboot should be like the first season of the punisher. Let it be all about him and fighting vamps and shit, but idk how that would translate into a meet up with other heroes

His father gets involved once his son is being hunted by these bounty men and hes trying to protect him
as it turns out the the mayor is actually the bad guy and the only reason he wants Blades son captured is so that he can use him as his main attraction at his grand opening for a new museum that features the unsual
Boom.
