Oujia macc-Gutta Water
This is the official debut album Oujia Macc on psychopathic. Before I do this review Heres a little backstory Oujia Macc was originally a member of duo named Swag toof with Choirboy. He would split from the group in 2015. Anyways heres the review.
This album is named Guttawater and man that is the perfect name because this album is straight gutta. Now this album is vastly different from anything that has came from psychopathic as this point. Fans of the $uicideboy$, xxxtentaction and migos will feel right at home with this album. He's basically combination of all of them. The production on this album is straight fire
Devereaux really knows how to make Oujia's lyrics shine . And speaking Oujia's lyrics, dude is a lyrical beast and knows how to craft great, catchy hooks.
1.The Summoning-Its an intro so its gets no rating n/a
2.Human Waste-This is how start off an album. This song is very reminisce to his old Swag Toof days. The bass on this beat is crazy 4/5
3.Choker-This song is about choking a bitch. I really like his flow on this song. The triplett flow was on full display here. 4/5
4.Galoshes-Another song that showcases the triplett flow though this one run a little too long imo. 3/5
5.Diamonds (feat.Insane Clown Posse)-The song probably had the best chorus on the album. All Oujia's verses were nice. I would give this song a 5/5 if it wasn't for ICP's lackluster verses. ICP usually don't rap over trap beats and it really shows on this track. 4.5/5
6.Ripped Velvet-A solid track a side chick. Nothing more, Nothing less. 3/5
7.Bear Hands-Ever wanted bear hands? This song is for you. 2nd best chorus on the album 4/5
8.Astari-Basic Interlude. If it was longer I give it a 4/5(of course then it wouldn't be a interlude) 3/5
9.Shreddy Krueger-A trap twist to Freddy Krueger. Don't mess with the family 4/5
10.Body Drop-Best song on the album hands down. This song is about going on a killing spree. The beat is simple amazing as well. 5/5
11.Urinal-This song is about taking a mans girl and disrupting her. Its as awesome as it sounds. "I fuck ya bitch at your funeral" 4.5/5
12.Future Wicced (feat.Lyte)-This song basically telling everyone their the future of psychopathic. Kinda disappointed in Lyte's verse considering how dope he is. 4/5
13.Otherside-Meh weakest track on the album. I have no thoughts on this one just skip it. 2/5
14.Ghost- The first single released from this album and its perfect. The bass on this song is out of this world. 4.5/5
15.Killahoe Tribe Anthem-This is about killers in the cut. Ouija spazzed out on the 2nd verse. 4/5
16.Denial-This song is about ignoring suicidal thoughts. The 3rd verse is insane. 4/5
17.On Everything-The classic family love track. Now before you ask no the song inst actually 23 minutes long its cuts at around 5 minutes. 4/5
Overall I'd give this album 4 stars. Man this album is such breath of fresh air. I wonder what else 2018 has in store for Psychopathic?
