The Attorney General's Office confirmed there is no police footage of the December chase in Ulster, though there is some footage of the aftermath.

The only way I would give the dad a pass is for the cop just coming up and pepper spraying the a car full of kids. Also the pop doing 100mph in a car with kids is another flag as well. Regardless the cop broke all types of rules

So what is the cop supposed to do in a car chase though? I honestly thought the whole ramming was part of the procedure. Don't they also use road spikes in car chases? I think any outcome to stop the car chase wouldn't have ended well for the kid that didn't have a seatbelt
