I don't understand these dudes. If I were an assistant coach or an OC or DC I would constantly be thinking about how I would deal with various in-game situations, so when I did get the chance, I wouldn't be caught unprepared and looking like I just started coaching football yesterday.

Bears, why go for two?
It's a 15 point game. Go for 1 and then it is a two-touchdown (plus extra 1 points) game.
Fail at the 2 points (which they did), and now you need an extra point (i.e. a 2-point conversion) in addition to two touchdowns.
