Breaking News Mike Jeffries, the former CEO of Abercrombie, has been arrested as part of a criminal sex trafficking investigation

OK…

Today is the day that somebody on this site is gonna give the true LEGAL definition of the term “sex trafficking”.

It’s a term that you barely heard 10 years ago, now a day never goes by without hearing it and apparently, it’s more common than theft.

So he was paying male escorts which was misdemeanor, then like a freaky 69 god he forced his staff to participate which upped to a felony.

Lock him up.

Apparently the term that we hear thrown around a lot “flying someone out” is now what can be considered sex trafficking.

In this case, bro used his position to give reason for men to come to him, and offered something in return of something

So right now, a lot of people are sex trafficking, people need to relax

That is technically what can be considered sex trafficking but that doesn't mean that's what happened in this case or any other active case. The fbi isn't pursuing anyone for flying someone out and having sex with them.

What you left out in this case is it's alleged models were flown out to different locations promised modeling jobs but instead were coerced and/or forced into doing drugs and sex.

The forcing, coercion and drugs is what makes the fbi activate and set it on you.

You made it seem like he was getting some strange for a piece of change or a look. But he's getting charged for coercion, forcing and drugs in tandem with sex and transporting people across state and international lines.

That's a lot to leave out.

Enjoy the rest of your day.

The difference between Murder, Manslaughter, and self defense. In court, comes down to intent.

It’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove. “Flying someone out” so to speak

Can fall into, sex trafficking, or sex with content”

You can say, yes I did act immorally, but I did not commit a crime. Yes I did use my position to suggest there would be a result favorable to them. But they had a choice to say no.

It’s not what you know happened, it’s what you can prove happened. Federal prosecutors gather evidence, throw out the worst they can get you on. Use federal dollars to stack a case against you, and make you fight a lofty and expensive legal battle or plead out to a lesser charge.
