Shit is different when you gotta actively maintain a healthy lifestyle rather than just being young and naturally fit.

I swear 90 percent of the users in here are over 40 or approaching. Seems to be that age where ppl really start letting themselves go.

As a former athlete, fitness is a genuinely enjoyable lifestyle, not a necessary evil. U could wash ur clothes on my abs and it'll stay that way till I'm in the grave.
