Video Vibrations was mid/late 80s. Video Soul came on first then Video Vibrations would come on. Video Soul was geared towards adults (which didn't make sense because adults don't really watch music videos like teenagers do). Then Video Vibrations would come on afterwards. They played more rap videos than Video Soul. I think Video Vibrations was before Yo! MTV Raps. I used to watch it in junior high circa 1986.
