Ive ordered frozen stuff from there a few times with no issues. they put a couple frozen water bottles in the bag to keep everything cool and deliver that shit to you within 2 hours.

If it's thawed out you can return that shit
 
Idk if you guys have claussen pickles in the states and have this shortage but apparently they have a glass shortage and have no alternative. Their competition, strubs, jumped to plastic to keep sales up but claussen hasn't. They have pickles, just no glass or other supplier.
