He's received five Grammys throughout his career and undoubtedly helped carry Cash Money Records for years.
Lil Wayne's The Dedication 6: Reloaded is also nominated for a BET Hip Hop Award for the Best Mixtape category.
The award show will be returning to Miami for a second year in a row with DeRay David holding down hosting duties. Drake's currently in the lead with 11 nominations. Cardi B follows with 10.
