I'm leaning towards vet; but he is half of Black Star which made a classic album.
Most importantly Black On Both Sides is a high tier classic.

The Escatic is a great slept on album but his others were meh to me.

He also ran from Lupe which is not legendary behavior 😂

The Ecstatic...

The Ecstatic was a good album for Mos but I wouldn’t call it a classic. I’m with @Mister B. with this, Mos by name & some of his accolades SHOULD be a legend but he doesn’t feel like it if that makes sense. Mos one of the select few that was probably capable of more but because of circumstances he just didn’t let himself be that.

im torn..

Blackstar is classic
Black on Both Sides is classic

I fucked with New Danger and Ecstatic heavy.. but gotdamn dude coulda did so much more.
Him doin the singing and rapping thing well before alot of others and doing it well..

What??? 'The Ecstatic' is a classic, go back and listen to it now, its just as dope...

The album is far more than 'a good album for Mos' lol Its fckn GREAT album, I would call it a classic as I played it non stop... Even the reviews are all 4 to 5 stars...

Ive always wanted it to be made into a live album, with the beats being played with live instruments... I bet that would sound incredible...

Speaking of The Ecstatic

I don't think MadLIB gets the recognition he deserves in the rap game as a producer, he was the go to guy after Dilla's passing by most of his friends and collaborators... Chad Hugo was also credited I think as a producer on there too
