PRAISE : Zoe Kravitz is pretty good as Angela Childs an employee of Amygdala in Seattle who works from home monitoring incoming data streams from Kimi devices .The story is basically about her discovering recorded evidence of a violent crime, but is met with resistance when she tries to report it.
This is a breezy mix of the movies Rear Window and Blow Out.
I liked that the film takes place in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic and we have a person dealing with agoraphobia.
When she gets involved in the mystery, she has to deal with her phobia and going back into the world and it was highly relatable.
The style of the film was great Director Steven Soderbergh keeps things moving and livens up some intense moments with visuals and camera play.
PROBLEMS: Some story threads that were played up are quickly forgotten and I started to wonder why they were introduced in the first place.
There are some predictable moments.
